Banger & Bite Shipping Policy

(Perfect for frozen sausages, weekday shipping, and guaranteed cold delivery)

We ship our sausages frozen and packed with insulated liners + cold packs to make sure they arrive cold, safe, and delicious. Because we ship perishable food, we follow strict shipping schedules to protect product quality.


Shipping Schedule (Weekdays Only)

To ensure your sausages never sit in a warehouse over the weekend, we ship orders Monday through Wednesday using:

  • Overnight Shipping

  • 2‑Day Shipping

Orders placed after Wednesday at 12 PM (noon) will ship the following Monday.

This prevents weekend delays and keeps your order cold from our kitchen to your doorstep.

 

Guaranteed Cold Delivery

Every order is packed with:

  • Insulated packaging

  • Frozen gel packs

  • Tight‑seal wrapping

Your sausages should arrive cold to the touch. Some thawing is normal — but they must remain cold for safe storage.

If your order arrives warm, damaged, or not cold, contact us within 48 hours with photos and we’ll make it right.


Shipping Rates & Options

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and the service you choose:

  • Overnight (fastest + safest for warm climates)

  • 2‑Day (best value for most states)

We currently ship within the continental United States.


Delivery Responsibility

Please make sure someone is available to receive your package. We are not responsible for:

  • Packages left outside too long

  • Missed deliveries

  • Incorrect addresses

  • Carrier delays outside our control

Once the carrier marks the package as delivered, responsibility transfers to the customer.

 If Something Isn’t Right

We stand behind our product. If your order arrives:

  • Damaged

  • Incorrect

  • Not cold

Email us within 48 hours at bb.sausages@gmail.com with photos and your order number. We’ll replace or refund when appropriate.
